About Us _

In Harmony Virtual Assistance was set up in 2016 by Kate Sutherland to help find a balance between work and family life.  Kate has an Executive PA background predominantly in Law and Entertainment, and holds a Masters Degree in Music Business Management.

 

Having worked in the Central London corporate world for 20 years, Kate has developed her skills across a diverse range of industries including; Travel & Tourism, Insurance, Legal, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Corporate Hospitality, Events, Marketing & Promotions.  Kate has gained extensive experience working with all types people and has a natural ability to communicate well with everyone from domestic staff to CEO's.

 

Kate is technically competent and has used a wide variety of office IT systems, contact databases, document management and invoicing software and has worked across all levels of corporate structures from sole-traders, small, family-run businesses to magic circle and blue chip firms.  Kate has an in-depth understanding of the administration support needed by busy professionals, especially SME's, start-ups, entrepreneurs and those in the creative industries.
